Bought a tenderloin steak from them at the Denison Farmers Market. Absolutely perfect steak. I'll be looking for them next week!

Wonderful place, and very well-run.  They have an event center, where they cater, and grow organic produce that they serve at their restaurant in town (Sherman).  I have toured the property, and it's gorgeous.
