I went in for help with my 1099 and w2’s.. the consultation seemed ok.. i left thinking she would help me out a lot. I was told to come back after tax season slowed down cause my taxes would take some time. I went back and she didn’t remember me or any details. She claimed she hadn’t started cause I didn’t pay yet. I would’ve paid but was never asked to pay yet. She lead me to believe I would pay when we actually began filing my taxes. So I thought I would pay the day we filed the taxes together. It sounded like an excuse because she obviously didn’t even remember me. She initially said we would dispute the irs claim, but today she said we have to file them as is and dispute after I paid what the irs was claiming. Everything she said initially turned out to be the opposite of my reality. She was clearly unorganized and not very professional. I used Cynthia with this same tax place many years in the past and she was excellent. I went to this place thinking she was still there and I was wrong. They may be able to help you but they really need to clean the place up and be more organized and ready for business better than they are currently. She was not disrespectful but very unhelpful. I now have one day left on my irs extension to file and I had a month when I first went to her. Total waste of my valuable time.
