        RVOS is the best insurance for home owners and renters, especially if you live in a more rural area. I agree that they are not the most responsive in receiving and returning telephone calls, but they are they are the best in helping to get you paid when you file a claim. They do not frustrate the situation, and their adjusters are very knowledgeable and helpful. Matula along with the other RVOS agents have always given me the impression that they want to make your life as painless and uncomplicated as possible.
