Restaurant closes at 10. We arrived at 8. We were the only ones in the restaurant. Chef didn't even bother with putting on a show.

Absolutely not an experience worth $50+. Let's start with the fact that they shoved 13 adults into a booth meant for no more than 10. Why take a reservation you cannot accommodate? Next we spent about an hour waiting to even get the first orders to come out. The hibachi chef didn't show up until 1.5 hours into us being seated and didn't have a single order correct. A member of our party allergic to shrimp got served shrimp, fried rice was handed out to people who didn't order it. I personally simply wanted steamed rice and didn't get it at all. The chef didn't pass out any sauces as they normally do at the beginning, the only guest who got sauces was someone who had to specifically ask for it. The waiter serving us was certainly high and didn't come back once to refill waters or ask for any more drink orders. The whole dinner was absolute chaos! This was my first time here and certainly my last. With prices like this, I'd expect the service to be outstanding and the only way I can describe what happened tonight is outrageously horrible! Don't come here if you'd like to enjoy your evening.

Meh experience. Starting off with them taking a 15 person reservation when they clearly could not handle that. We were put in a booth, and our 15th person didnt end up coming and we were squished as 14 people, and if anyone needed to use the restroom it was a whole uncomfortable ordeal. Pretty sure our waiter was high, definitely worked very slow. I never got my water (I grabbed a friends who didnt want hers, it tasted terrible). They didnt bring our hibachi chef until 1.5 hours after we got there. He didnt give us the sauces. If you ordered fried rice you got some, if you didnt, he didnt give anyone the steamed rice that was supposed to come with the meal. The beating heart never happened and the train/volcano was terribly executed (though I heard a proper one earlier in the evening) Waiter never came to ask if anyone needed anything so I couldnt ask for another drink like I wanted to. Overall a poor experience and wont be coming back. we were there for a birthday but never got a birthday song. Paid way too much for not getting half our meals and no comment or compensation when we complained. And we were of course charged the automatic 18% so its not like we could actually show our opinion of the service. Would not recommend and will not be coming back.
