These people are nothing but scam artists. they send out fake and fraudulent bills, and report you to credit if you dont pay. i have the reciept from the hospital and credit card statement showing the bill was paid, they dont care. do not do business with these people.

I was billed by this company for services that I paid for out of pocket. Their info email BOUNCES. They use a general voicemail box- so don't ever expect a phone call back from customer service. I finally got in touch with someone- after speaking to a real human on their physicians side- spoke to one gentleman, named Leon, and while polite, skirted around the issue and then said his manager was in a meeting and would call me back (never happened). The terrible customer service is reprehensible, that even the woman I spoke to at the facility they do billing for said they were horrible and were miss-billing patients. It is shameful.

This is the second HUGE mistake this business has done on medical billing. I was making payment 5 days after receiving the bill and with in 2 weeks they put me into collections out of Denver with out looking at my payments. There is such disorganization which only hurts us the consumer

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! This organization is unbelievably unprofessional. I had some medical issues this year, so I've been dealing with many medical billing companies and they are by far the worst. Trying to contact them over the phone is impossible. I left messages and even sent emails and received no response in an attempt to go over my bill. I paid my bill online, thinking it may be easier but it was just as bad. I put in all my information and hit submit payment. The screen completely refreshed to the homepage. No "Thank you for your payment" or "Payment received" screen. I checked my email to see if I received any email confirmation for my payment. NOTHING. So I waited. After a while, when I didn't receive anything I went back to pay once again online (thinking it could have been my internet connection the first time). After I hit submit payment the same thing happened - refreshed to the home screen. No notification. I checked my email again and this time I had TWO confirmations sent at the same time saying they received both of my payments. Somewhat of a user error however they need a more user friendly website. Especially when handling payments online. It then took me two days to reach a human at their office to explain my situation. The woman I spoke with "Caril" (pronounced Carol), who only knew how to whisper, told me it would be 37 business days before I would receive payment. They must pay their employees a lot of money at this place because if they think 37 days is an acceptable wait time to receive a chunk of money like then they must be rolling in the dough. She then told me she may be able to move it along to 10 days - but this was her personal estimated time- not guaranteed and it would likely be 37 days. It's a shame today, with the way insurance is that we have to deal with the dark cloud of medical debt but dealing with companies like this makes it even worse!
