        Today I spoke with Monique over the phone and she was able to quickly get me an insurance quote for homeowners insurance. She was very knowledgeable and kind. And she was able to answer all of my questions. After speaking with her and calling another place for a quote I was happier with what she offered and called her back today to start a policy with them.

        I was just informed the type of insurance I am looking for (basic auto) is not in the appetite of our firm. But Im encouraged to add more insurance then theyd be willing to entertain helping me. Yeah, no thanks.
