        Terrible insurance agency. Does not return phone calls. My insurance went from 209 to 318 on renewal. No tickets. No accidents. They told me it was new law policy change. I canceled and went to a new company (fred loya insurance) because they cut my rate for same coverage to 148 a month. Allstate still hasn't reimbursed me for my monthly fee they precharged. And no one is returning calls

        Mr. Colby and his staff are the most honest insurance brokers Ive ever met! While they were able to help me with one area, they actually advised me that I was getting a good price in another area! I really appreciate that!!
