image i took my son to an appointment and i was very upset with the serivce i recieved from the girl on the front desk first i kept repeating myself due to the fact that she wasnt paying attention to me cause she was busy on facebook and listing to rap music loudly,second very arrogant and kept cutting me off when i would ask her a question.The way she carries herself is very unprofessional i believe she was on some type of drug that day.The doctor was very nice and professional i liked the fact that his assistant explained the whole process my son was going to get.They should really consider hiring a diffrent person for the front desk that might help his buisness more succesfull.

image The first time I came here my appointment,for whatever reason, was not in their system so they made me reschedule for a week later. Once there it took 40 minutes before I could even get into the chair for x-rays which would have been somewhat ok had the front desk assistant had any customer service and explained to me they were running behind. I'm assuming the dental hygienist was out for the day because the Dentist "cleaned" my teeth. His cleaning solely involved applying toothpaste to the top four and bottom four of my teeth. There was no flossing, no fluoride rinse just a swish with Listerine then i was out the chair. He told me I had cavities and the front desk would explain my plan to get them fixed. I waited at the front desk and watched the assistance watch TV until the dentist brought out the plan. Then he retreated back into his office. I refuse to give this office any more money. I wish i would've done more research before scheduling my appointment.

image The dentist was OK -- he did what seemed to be a decent exam and cleaning for my wife and I and gave us cleanings. Their assistant / secretary was sketchy, however, which reflects poorly on the dentists who hired her. She always promised to call me back and never did. She tried to tell me that my insurance only covered the silver fillings and not the white kind, giving me a crazy price for white fillings. After I made them call my insurance and waited in the office for 45 minutes, turns out I had full coverage.
Six months later, I come back for a cleaning. It goes well. My wife calls and tries to set up her appt, and they tell her it hasn't been six months since her last cleaning, so she can't schedule one. After lots of arguing the lady finally is willing to schedule an appointment 2 weeks in the future -- which puts her at six months past her previous cleaning. Did she think we weren't even supposed to call until six months had lapsed?
Several days later, I get a call from her saying they need to cancel my wife's appointment. OK... so when can I reschedule? Um... no, you can't reschedule. We are canceling her as a patient. We have too many patients and are short staffed. Um... can you just cancel me instead and keep her? Um... we're canceling you too. She said we need to find a new dentist, and that she had already called my insurance to let them know.
I call my insurance to find a new dentist, and it turns out they have no record of any calls from the dentist about being dropped. I'm not surprised. The insurance customer service representative says she has never heard of this happening before. She finds the situation odd, so she puts me on hold and calls the dental office, and she receives confirmation that we have been dropped.
Now we have to go find a new dentist while my wife is 32 weeks pregnant and I'm busy in school. Not terrible, but annoying nonetheless.
