Baylor Scott & White Surgicare - Bedford

On top of a horrible experience during my surgery a couple of years ago, I recently had a billing issue wherein my account, in the last month of billing and after consistent payment for years, was immediately put to collections for one failed payment transaction due to a changed credit card. No one tried to contact me about this issue or get a new card number from me, and when I contacted Baylor and their financial services provider, they were unable to direct me to anyone who could help me. Not to mention their billing statements were consistently incorrectly worded and the balances were never right.

Had surgery this morning. Staff is super nice. Geri put in the needle for IV. Never felt. She was great. Everyone was super caring. Would recommend for anyone to go here.

The staff was efficient, experienced, polite and helpful. After surgery, I received a thank you note signed by the staff (nice touch) and also a survey on my experience. I would definitely use this center again, great folks.
