Nice place lots of bikes and people are nice and not pushy. Found a bike I liked but they offered me 50% value on my trade in which is obviously not going to work. Bike is listed at 13k+ on every website. They said something about holding on to it blah blah and offered 7k. Maybe I will try again next year.

Whats excellent about LPC is that they will greet you when you walk inside but wont bother you when youre simply looking around. At some other dealerships, youll have a salesman desperate to sell you something. These guys will not. If you want to purchase a motorcycle without being pressured, I highly recommend taking your business here. This is my second time purchasing a motorcycle (1st H-D) from LPC.

Disappointed in their 78 point inspection. We bought my husbands Street Glide here and it was a good experience. We've had no issues with it so far. Fingers crossed it stays that way. So, when our son wanted a bike I steered him here instead of where he wanted to go. He purchased a 2016 Ninja 650 with less than 11k miles on it and in less than 2 months his chain snapped. He took it to the nearest dealer and it seems the sprocket is damaged as well. He's now out of pocket almost $600 to fix it because Lucky Penny says he bought it as is and it's not covered under the extended warranty due to it being a serviceable part. Guess it's bad on him/us buying a bike with a 78 point inspection believing it had already been serviced and wouldn't need anything for a while. Lesson learned. We won't be returning to buy my bike. Would give 1 star for the purchase of my sons bike, but since we didn't have issues with my husbands purchase I'll give them 3.
