I notice back in December and January, a claim was file and the same excuse for 2 different location. Wear and tear was the denial of claim. So, I decided to go to some other insurance company. I thought wear and tear was insane excuse to a client that's been with you company for over 5 year. Nevertheless, let's just blame Mother Nature on the wear and tear. Oh you had 3 policy, not anymore. I believe you guys need to give everyone their premium back that had a denial last year and the year before. We can not control the weather. I did pay for a new roof out of pocket. Wow, what the use of having homeowner policy, when weather hit hard. I just would like my yearly premium back , for real

I notice your homeowners insurance is creeping up in price. I have not made any claims since Ive had my insurance, yet I get an annual bill that keeps increasing. My work colleagues tell me the same thing is happening with them and their Allstate insurance. I may need to shop around now.
