I called Doug on Tuesday at about 3pm and he was able to come out within 24 hours the next day at 2pm. He expertly diagnosed the problem (which was the capacitor), replaced it and everything is working great after. Doug was very professional minimized time inside the house, tidied up, and was on his way. Doug did not try to upsell on any services or products which Ive had with the other larger companies. Im definitely going to use Doug again as Im an huge fan and supporter of owner operated companies.
