I'll upgrade my review from a 1 to a 4 since, according to another review, Bodo Brauer appears to no longer be working here. I came in after a urologist had incorrectly given me Ciprofloxacin, a dangerous antibiotic normally reserved as a last resort for serious or life threatening infections. I had crippling joint, tendon, and nerve pain all throughout my body from the reaction my body had to the medication, and I still have lasting issues years later. I found the FDA article explaining and warning what was happening to some patients taking the drug, and when I tried to show it to my doctor so he could better understand and treat what was happening to me, he immediately dismissed me without reading anything and told me that my agonizing symptoms were nothing but anxiety, and said I shouldn't believe everything I read on the internet. On an official government website... He then bragged about prescribing Ciprofloxacin to hundreds of patients without any of them having a reaction to it (according to his assessment, of course), and then immediately followed by describing how Ciprofloxacin had injured his legs for several months... That man's brain is completely on autopilot and he's going to get someone killed. If he recommends a lobotomy to treat your headache, consider getting a second opinion from a more up-to-date doctor.

This business is NO longer open. They were bought out by Steward, which is even more of a joke, and moved to the old SETMA bldg on College. As of 2022, Bodo Brauer is NO longer affiliated with either establishment. He (unexpectedly) jumped ship & moved to Centerwell in Mid County. No warning to his patients.

I can never get anyone to answer my call. When they do we always seem to get disconnected. I tried leaving a message on ext 107. It just kept repeating itself. Im in terrible pain and have been due to the stomach virus. I keep telling them to please give me something for the stomach pain ... nothing!!! I pay cash and its seems thats a hassle for them. I had to go get my own test results. Still exiting on them to call me so I can have a camera put down my throat. Beyond disgusting!

Was a patient here, making an appointment is really difficult, I called to make an appointment and they told me I wasn't a patient, so after giving my info as a new patient they still didn't have me as one of their patients, this dr's office use to be good not anymore.

The experience has been horrible from beginning. Dr. Brauer use to be an amazing practice that taught patients to advocate for their health. I have been billed for no show when there wasn't appointment. I have been charged for tests that were not required for a physical and what's extremely sad about the service the doctor nor PA never called about results. Beware there are better doctors and service in Beaumont for care.
