Kampus Korner Wash & Fold

I came to wash my clothes and my blankets but it burnt my clothes and stained it due to them not even cleaning the machines. I also put my clothes in one of the machines and it ate my coins up and I asked for service and they said they couldnt do anything that I should just take out my clothes and put it on another one and that they also couldnt return my coins. They also told me if I needed help they would help and check the machine but they just laughed and didnt help, If I could give this negative stars I would.

When my roommate and I were there the other day, we started talking our quarters into the washing machine that was $5.25... on one that got down to a dollar fifty which would have been six quarters to make it start. It wouldn't take any more quarters. Then we tried a 2nd machine, that machine only took a $1.75 out of the $5.25.... and there was no one, I mean no one on site for help with machines! The place was a ghost town. There wasn't even a phone number to call for lost money in a machine. I want to be going back to this place even though it is less than a mile from my house. I usually rate three or four stars but this is the one going to get TWO STARS ... 1 star convenient location, 1 star for cleanliness.
