Very disappointed in Samuel's Jewelers. I now have a ring that was said to be under lifetime warranty at the time of purchase, and now claim I have no warranty when I need it most. These people will scam you and make false transactions for a buck. Take your business elsewhere and get the entire package you pay for at a more established jewelry shop so your loved one will reek the benefits they deserve.

I have no choice but to begin writing reviews on my experience with this “jeweler”. I was shopping around for an engagement ring and wondered into the Beaumont location where Mr. Marino was Store Manager at the time. The customer service was decent and I looked over some really nice rings but as any semi savvy shopper would do I went on to multiple jewelers to examine and compare pricing and pieces. I left my business card when I left the Samuels Jewelers location because Mr. Marino was, I believe, running my information for a potential payment plan. I received a call while shopping around from Mr. Marino and was told to come back to the store and that we would no doubt work something out. I went back to the store where Mr. Marino and I settled on an agreement that was satisfactory at the time. The agreement was contingent on several major factors for myself that included topics like warranty, potential exchange at a later date to upgrade the ring and receive full value for the ring that I purchased that day and even the simplest of matters such as having the ring sized. We shook hands and had a deal. Fast forward a few months and my fiancé goes to have the ring simply sized. That’s it. She’s told at that point that the ring has to be under warranty, which I was told we would have the day I bought the ring, and that we have until a certain date to pay for a warranty. At this point I believe it must be a mistake and that I would simply need to contact Mr. Marino who is now the Regional Manager. I’ve made several attempts to contact Mr. Marino and his staff at the Beaumont location will not give me his contact information. OK understandable, I realize he’s probably a busy man as am I and I’m advised that he will call me back. We’re now months removed from my first attempt to reach out to him. My fiancé has been to the shop several times and has called even more without having been able to even speak to this man. Message after message has been left without any response what so ever. So now I must assume that we’ve simply been a victim of a bad business and businessman without any professional integrity what so ever. If you’re shopping for jewelry, please take your business to a more reputable establishment and do not fall prey to the dishonest sales tactics and empty promises of this place. Mr. Marino, if by any chance you get the opportunity to read this and want to tell me how this is all a huge misunderstanding please feel free to give me a call. You have my number.
