NEVER GET YOUR INSURANCE HERE!!! Horrible service, spiteful owner, and lying employees. It's an incredibly long story, but to keep it short, we were promised one price, which we signed a contract for, then we were charged nearly $60 over what was discussed. I spoke to our agent and he said he would "call corporate" to get it fixed. Come to find out that he never did anything to fix it. When I approached Mr. Dishon with my concerns, he told me I was lying and overreacting. I told him that I wanted our agreed upon price, and he said he wouldn't do it! Later I asked to be switched to another agent, but before the transfer went through, someone at Mr. Dishon's location made sure to remove me from the account, putting me at risk, and they removed some of our discounts so we were overcharged multiple times! This agent has put my family through financial and emotional hell. It has been weeks since the transfer and we are still trying to recover.
