I have never had to deal with a company that without the local store communication offers NO communication even with the corporate number which requires an extension number. Every time I call any number I get someone from the Phillippines or Pakistan who is completely NOT capable of helping you. I now have three accounts for one purchase and cannot get one person on the phone to tell me what is going on! I have been made promises to replace a scratched door, but never got it and the person at the Whse in Lakeland, FL who promised this will not do as promised, and cannot get anyone to answer the phone to get the manager on the phone. I have had to call the local store multiple times for help. Every number I get takes me to a FOREIGN office that answers the phone and PROVIDES no help. I have gone online to make payments and the system is even messed up and will not let me set up my acct for payment processing. Every area of this business is problematic, THEY HIDE BEHIND extension numbers have no direct access for customers except the local branch, and have no power or insight into how to correct the problems. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM TOP, BRANCH, WHSE, 3RD PARTY DELIVERY COMPANIES WHO HIRE PEOPLE RIGHT OFF THE BOAT TO MAKE DELIVERIES INTO YOUR HOME, "SAFETY CONCERNS". I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I bought a TV on Christmas Eve and two days later after my husband opened the TV , the tv was defective,, the manager did not exchange it even though her sales person was to open the box and look at it and she didnt.. i paid 540.00 dollars and that is with warranty and i have called several people and no one will return my call .. If you dont have to buy from conns than dont .. they try to make a sale and sell damaged stuff and wont replace it

I will never shop at Conns Furniture again. They have lost a customer for life and I will tell everyone and anyone who should hear it.

Store associates don’t care about the customer and are not there to help. I was in store working on an exchange and watched while 6 or 7 associates argued over who was going to talk to a customer on the phone.
I paid extra for my exchange upfront in cash and set up delivery for a few days out. My exchange was a manufactured defect on a table, yet the Conns teams told me I HAD to exchange the chairs also.
1. The delivery was missing the chairs.
2. The driver said he could not take the defective table and it was my responsibility to get rid of it
3. The exchange table was warped
4. The driver took pictures and said dispatch would call me.
4. I was left with 2 defective tables!
5. Dispatch never called and it turns out the driver did not even say anything!
I have not had a single person say they can and will help, I am told to call someone else or someone will call me back, then nothing.
I have spent a total of 20plus hours ON HOLD or being told to call another number.
I have 2 claim numbers and multiple offers that someone will call me back and have not received a single call from anyone at Conns.
I asked to return the table because of the hassle and leg work I had to put in and ended up settling for another exchange over 2 weeks later due to lack of any communication with a person who gives a damn the works at Conns. The next 2 deliveries were both NO SHOWS from Conns.

I am now convinced that Conns means Con artist! The company is horrible in my book and this is just my first review. I am going to keep letting others know that this company is not worth working with .

If Conns corporate employees see this review remember, that employees exhibit the behaviors a company focuses on so from the top down this company is crap.

Cons Third-Party delivery service is the worst. They don't deliver they day they are schedule to deliver and after paying a fee for the old TV to be take away they would not take it. Called corporate and all I get is a customer service who just take your complaint. REALY CONS.

Gastonia NC CONNS FUNITURE deserves 0 stars. I wished would’ve looked at these reviews before I purchased my LG 70 inch. It was on clearance and was not properly wrapped when taking it to the box. Conns associates mention the have no box for itZ I allowed it stay there until I got a bigger vehicular to take it to the storage. With 4 people mouthing this television once I turned it on it cracked. Call conns the technician can and said it’ll be 1156 to replace when the television cost 599.00. I call the salesman From Gastonia NC who sold me TV he said that we can’t cover it, you can’t end the contract and it’s on your credit. Now waiting a week for response from headquarters. Called and waited for 45 minutes in the phone.
