My dad is a 76 year old Veteran that suffers from Parkinson and dementia among other things. He recently has gotten to the point where he is unable to live alone and needs a nurse in attendance 24/7. Putting your loved one anywhere but in their own home is hard but Gilbert's came recommended. We met with Ronald for an assessment on a Sunday. After going over all my dad's needs, discussing pricing and care, Ronald assured us that my dad would be a great fit and plans were made to bring my dad back the next day for admittance. We received a call from his home health nurse mid morning the day we were meant to move in. Ronald had given away my dad's room to someone who was willing to pay more AFTER MAKING PLANS TO HAVE MY DAD CHECKED IN ON THAT VERY DAY. He didn't even have the decency to call and let us know! Just passed it on to our nurse when she happened to call to set up transfer of my dad's hospital bed. TERRIBLE HUMAN DECENCY AND REGARD TO A VETERAN IN NEED. Money hungry people who care more about the bottom line than an actual patient.

We selected this facility for our loved one and the care was Amazing. I highly recommend this facility!
