There was a family emergency which had happened causing issues in communication, but Jodi and Billy were very upfront about what was going on. After calling to schedule another service after the inspection, I spoke to Jodi and we got off on the wrong foot nearly the entire call. Regardless, these are very sweet people who try their hardest to make everything work out for you and are extremely knowledgeable and valuable to the community. Due to the situation, we were unable to use Eagle Rentals. Once they get into testing everything, they are very knowledgeable.

I have used Eagle Septic for many years. Billy and his employees are absolutely amazing. He stands by his work and it is just an all around great business. I will always use Eagle Septic for all my septic needs!

Excellent service, we called on Christmas Eve and Billy helped us troubleshoot the system then made suggestions to get us through the holiday weekend. They came out and fixed everything the next week. We wont be using any other company besides them for our septic needs.
