        Bought some plants and grabbed a 7 dollar bottle of honey for my honey. Put some in his coffee twice and I noticed it had hard chunks in it. Went for a simple exchange today and was denied. I'm out 7 bucks, but ya'll are out more. Won't be back. Don't sell it if you won't stand behind it.

        Such an amazing place! Great staff, friendly and helpful. You MUST go into the greenhouse for the experience. Check out some of the tiny and monster plants there. Unique varieties as well. They also have an array of succulents, which is what I went in for originally. Outside under the dappled shade are more plants. They bring out new ones frequently and always ask. Different varieties are on their porch and inside too. I go back lots to see what's new and always end up with something fun. I have a huge Hoya, my favorite muehlenbach wire vine, a beautiful velvet micans, a basket plant that I'd never heard of before that keeps on producing, and so many more.. They also have soil, rocks, and other landscape items too. And advice!

      We sincerely apologize for your frustration. Our honey is 100% pure and raw therefore it will crystallize if it gets too cold. You can simply put the bottle in some warm water or by a sunny window and it will liquefy. As far as our return policy all of our sales are final due to the nature of the material, we do have it printed on our receipts as well as posted in our store.
