You have to have an appointment to do anything, including picking up the item fixed. I needed an iPhone battery replaced so I made an appointment and had the battery replaced. I had to make another appointment to pick it up two hours later when it was done. When I picked up the phone the Touch ID would not work. I had to make another appointment for them to see what was wrong. They ran diagnostics test on the phone and stated everything passed and then stated their was nothing they could do to fix the issue. I told them the Touch ID worked when I brought it in and someone y’all did broke it. I was told again nothing they could do and that I would have to take it to an Apple store to have it fixed since it did not fail the diagnostics test. I had to pay additional money to fix something they broke and would not fix. Never again will I use the Geek Squad! Save your money and take it directly to an Apple store for repairs.

The 2 young gentlemen arrived today to replace our OTR microwave that we purchased at the Bastrop store. They arrived on scheduled and went about the task in an orderly manner. It was their first time to do one in a motorhome ,but handled the task in a timely manner. Both were very courteous and professional. Was extremely satisfied with their work. Thank you for these young men.

Worst place ever. Charged for a special plan that had nothing to do with what needed to be fixed. Never fixed the problem and wouldn't refund the money because I MIGHT be able to use the plan in the future. Worst place ever.

Appointment only, even to drop something off with them you can't even talk to the "guy" unless your on the list kind of silly
