Dr Sullivan (orthopedist) and his staff (Michael, RN and Alisha) are all outstanding and caring medical professionals. I recommend them highly!

I don't understand why this clinic is so messed....I like the Doctor I see but he only comes once a week to this location but the staff is always not knowledgeable of anything pertaining to your visit.... just a hot mess. no customer service either... I understand that this is a clinic used by many doctors from Austin, but really, if the quality of service is decreasing by having a convenient location I rather go somewhere else even if drive 30 mi. to 1 hour...

Timing is horrible. What's the point of making an appointment if we are not going to be seen anywhere near on time. I am writing this review as I'm already an hour past the appointment time and still nothing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This seems to be a universal issue with this place.

Very disappointed. I was in a car accident on Dec. 7 was told from st. Davids ER to follow up w doctor Brian Sullivan asap. Called to make an appointment they scheduled me for Thursday December 12 got the was waiting for 3hours just to be told i would had to go back today Dec. 16 because they didn't received the xray images they had "requested" from when the accident occurred. I called the st. David and they said doctor rewuested a repor which he did received but never rewuested the images. I had to pay for a visit and had nothing done on me. Now they want me to pay for new xrays because they didn't received them when they only reauested the report not the images. I can't walk and they just let my dister inlaw take me out on their wheelchair n not coming out to help or take they chsir in. But before i paid they were al nice.
