Jack's Auto Glass Replacement

Less than three months two cracks appeared. At first Hector seemed to be in process of replacing windshield .Then he had excuses after excuses. Now he is ghosting my calls. As as senior on a fixed income it's going to cost twice as much if we have to go through another. I should have went with a more known company, during pandemic Thought to be better to do a local place. Bad judgment on my part. I will be making complaints to all organizations that help seniors who get ripped off by by businesses who take advantage of the elderly. This treatment is not at professional to anyone. Nice friendly staff. They provide transportation if you need to be dropped off/picked up. Good rates

Had this company replace my windshield 4 days later went through the car wash windshield dumped water in called to let the guy no it was leaking he said someone would be out never showed or called I would not recommend this company to any one very unprofessional
