Disappointing, to say the least. Connie was too busy to return calls or emails to prospective buyers. We had to show our property ourselves to the clients. Connie's other rep did drive up after we started the walk-thru, she was very nice.
Upon inspecting the laundry room, we were shocked that Connie's husband/boyfriend did NOT correctly fix the leak in the ceiling and made it worse. The flooring was wet, parts had to be replaced and new floor covering had to be laid. Had to pay another $750 on top of the money we paid her husband/boyfriend for his shoddy work.
These clients did end up purchasing the property, but Connie couldn't make it to the closing. Again, Diane showed up and explained that Connie was too busy to come. Because the purchasers couldn't get a hold of Connie in the first place, they called another realtor to represent them, the commission on the sale had to be split.
Connie, we thought of you as a friend and were hoping to sell our other properties with you. But after this horrible experience we have to move on.
