Oh Snap Photo Booths

We had Oh Snap photo booth for our wedding in August 31, 2019 and the photo booth set up and pictures that were taken were fine but we also purchased a photo book with our package. The photo book included was supposed to have a copy of the picture guests took and they can write something on there but we never got the book sent to us although we paid for it! The owner of the photobook will not answer my emails or any phone calls and just never sent us something we paid for! If they lost the photo book they can at least refund us the money we paid. I would not recommend this photo booth rental at all. When I was trying to book the photo booth before the wedding the owner was so quick to respond and would even sent multiple messages and was really pushy about booking them. Once I finally booked and paid he was so slow to answer any questions and now that he still owes us something he won’t answer at all. Again I would not recommend this company!

Oh Snap will match or beat any deal they advertise and this truly does appear to be the case! I remember reading a review about them and their equipment not working from a few years back and decided to give it try in hopes of not having that happen… and we didn’t have that experience with them. There appeared to be some issue with their audio equipment outside, but they resolved it or worked out with the officiant and life moved on. They showed up relatively on time and less some small issues with delays in setup and not following the directions given, they did the job and people really enjoyed the services they provided! As far honoring the contract with what was expected after, we did not get what was agreed upon after and the owner took a nasty turn in his attitude. After numerous attempts over the months, the only way we were able to get things settled was through an attorney. We are however grateful that David with Oh Snap resolved things eventually. We will note that in the months of trying to work directly with the owner, he has been one of the most unprofessional people we have had to deal with. I’m including a picture to show more about this situation. To David – we are sorry you had to get all butt hurt in the end… it’s not personal, but you do run a business… Since you have decided and said we are no longer allowed to you directly, this is the only way we can at least say thank you for following through!

My wife and I hired Oh Snap Photo Booth for our recent wedding, and it was a great decision! The photos we got from them were stellar, the equipment was easy to use, the props were fun, and everyone had a good time taking photos. Definitely recommend them!

Where do I even start? I had booked with a company 30 minutes before OH Snap Photo Booth. The other company had poor communication, were impossible to get a hold of, and just stole my money. But David with Oh Snap Photo Booths came through for me last minute with everything that they offer. The price was very very fair, the options were limitless on their website. He sent Danielle to help with the event. She was the sweetest woman I had ever meant. She was engaged with all of the guests and felt like she was a part of the party! The pictures themselves... I can't stop looking at them. The quality was great! Before I knew it, my time with the booth was up.. I even extended two more hours. OH Snap Photo Booth is hands down the greatest photo booth company in town. I recommend to anybody in a heart beat. You will not regret it!
