I have been a client for 5 years or more. We are a relatively small business, but I have always felt as if we were their only client. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times. Our business is definitely a niche business and therefore our needs are unique. Not a problem here, they, as a team, have completely understood the way we feel we must operate our business and the way we feel it best to present ourselves in the market. My account manager, Andrew, is always available to answer my numerous questions, fix what I have broken, and provide expert advice. The advice provided is always spot on, but never pushed, and I never feel as if I have to implement it. (Although I would be foolish if I did not). Although Andrew has been with us since the beginning, our monthly SEM updates are never routine,. He is always looking for ways to improve our exposure and help us improve and/or maintain our stats. D'Ann, Director of Client Services, is always there for us when we have an issue with our website, even at odd hours. I know that if I indicate the problem is urgent, the support team will be right on it. I cannot express how nice it is to know that in a time of need, when you are perhaps losing customers, your support ticket is not stuck in a que waiting for the next business day (especially on a weekend!). I have zero to minus zero tech knowledge, so I am so grateful to have found a team that 1) can explain problems and solutions, new ideas and methods in a manner that even I can relate to and understand, and 2) know that I will never have to worry about our website and SEM. Business was down because of Covid and so we decided to revamp our website. We thought about diversifying and expanding our services (educational consultancy). Once the website was complete we decided to go forward with an SEO campaign to improve our rankings. That was the game changer. We now rank well for our services, and traffic, inquiries, and sales have all increased. Were so happy we went with WDATX. They really helped us bounce back with profits!
