I bought an Audi in December. Still do not have the title. I have been told he has not paid the auction house for the cars he purchased at that time I have filed numerous complaints.

Worst experience ever! I bought a truck through them back in December 2014. I've waited over 7 months on my title, license plate, and registration.. I live out of town now and every time I call, it's poor customer service and no one is helpful. I recently called and now they closed their location, didn't give a forwarding number and I never received any of my paperwork. This business is awful and no one should ever buy from them.

I bought 2005 Mercedes Benz from here. Next day my wife had problem starting. She called DAN. DAN came within half hour (30 miles away) and helped my wife. Next day same problem and my wife contacted DAN. DAN said to bring the car immediately and then he got new battery replaced within half hour and he said please call me or my staff anytime if you have problem. Thanks for excellent service. Also Alex got me car loan at 5% less interest rate (with my bad credit) compare to what I was offered by other 2 lenders and he also got me a best extended warranty for my car. Thanks Alex.
