Excellent clinical care and very professional service! I went to Fastmed on a Tues night after 24 hours with a terrible GI illness. I was treated with speedy service, excellent clinical skills, and kindness. Thank you Fast Med-especially Dani and Dr. Ledbetter!

I had very little wait and the intake representatives were friendly and helpful. The doctor was very easy going, knowledgeable, and able to diagnose and recommend care quickly. I will definitely go back again when I need care on the weekend or cannot get into my primary care physician quickly enough.

I spent an hour here just told be told I "may or may not have mumps....". No one ran any tests or anything just told me the obvious, "there's swelling, it may be viral, it may not..". I asked if there was something I can do to find out if it's mumps. I was told "oh no, let it run its course You may want to see your family doctor or a ear,nose and throat doctor...". Why consider yourself a doctor's office or urgent care clinic when you can't even tell me what's wrong with me?! I came to them for help and I left feeling robbed. It's a shame I used to recommend this location to everyone. I will never come back here. I've worked with Sonia at the front desk and she's great, the younger doctor is great as well. I'm upset that he wasn't there when I went by today. Thanks for nothing Fast Med Urgent Care.
