I have been a realtor in Austin for almost 25 years and have never written a review for a title company before. My experience with Trinity was so bad, I feel compelled to share my experience. Our escrow officer was Alison Auger. The entire transaction my emails, and my teams emails were getting rejected by their office so there was an IT problem that never got addressed. Phone calls were very slow to get returned if at all, and communication from their office was practically non existent. All emails had spelling errors, and attention to detail was simply not there throughout the entire transaction. Random emails would come in from different title addresses saying "click here" to receive a message from Trinity. I had to keep calling to verify that it was safe to "click here" since the email was coming from yet another different email address with no warning that it would be coming. Some emails were sent securely by random people never introduced as part of the title team, and others would come in directly. We had to re-submit paperwork and invoices 3 times before someone actually acknowledged receipt of the documents, and despite repeated reminders, all the invoices that needed to be paid out of the sales proceeds still did not show up on the closing statement the day of closing! Closing was delayed several days due to people dropping the ball and not keeping track of deadlines. I could go on and on but will leave it at that. It was the worst experience I have had as a realtor in my 25 year career.
