Closed my refinancing on Wed, Sep 8, but was supposed to receive my cash out and payments to my car loan and credit card balances, but nothing happened until Mon, Sep 13, when I called and found out it was sent on Friday, Sep 10. Then I got a call again saying "Well, actually the fund didn't get sent out on Friday" and they plan to send it out today. Pretty disappointed.

Things went smooth for most part of the closing, I'd give them there stars solely because I called them up multiple times to get an answer on something, the receptionist would note my number down but would never give me a follow up call, I felt sorry for myself. They did a wonderful job in sending someone home for the closing, I really appreciate it but what I do not appreciate was the fact that the representative took pictures of my driver's license on their personal phone, this should have either been on their official phone or send via an official email, that was unprofessional, although they promised me that the pictures would be deleted soon after they have been recorded as part of their formalities, again I felt sorry for myself. Also it took them a couple of days and a few calls for them to finally send me a copy of all the documents I signed on the closing day. I'd expect a little more due diligence and follow ups from a title company. Overall a good experience but not the Greatest.
