I came in for a second opinion on an alignment that I paid for at another location. I was greeted promptly and warmly and was asked to wait as David Mendez looked into the issue. I observed his careful, professional handling of my car-baby, as he setup the instrumentation and felt confident she was in good hands. Not long into watching T.V. in the wait area, Randal Canaday, the manager, and David approached me with perplexed looks on their faces and we discussed the alignment I THOUGHT I received a few short weeks ago at the other location. Randal assured me they would rectify the situation without additional cost, and apologized to me... even though it wasn't his store's error. Once the work was completed, David test-drove the car alone, then again with me at the wheel, just to make sure I was happy with it. That gesture was nice and unexpected, and I could feel the difference in the steering immediately. Thanks again, David Mendez! When I need to visit NTB again, this is my store of choice, even though I reside several miles north.
