    I've visited this for years now but never write a review. First, I'm happy with Tmobile and don't plan on changing carriers. As for the store itself, it is the best store of all the ones I've visited in the Austin area.

    TERRIBLE!! TERRIBLE!!Walked in to upgrade 1 phone on 12/31. They lied and tricked me into buying 3 phones, bunch of accessories and new lines that I don't need.- They promised me promotions that I later found out don't exist. (I should have known when they refused to give me any printout of evidence of the promotions they promised.)- They entered the wrong trade-in module number, and I got a fraction of what I was promised.- To try to resolve this, I drove back to the store multiple times and spent a total of 4.5 hours on the phone with customer service.- They basically said nothing can be done about it. I have to mail a complaint letter (yes an actual letter) to customer service and there will be no follow up.I literally lost over $3,500 and at least 15 hours of my life.Currently cancelling all T-Mobile services and looking for legal recourse.

    If I could give zero stars, I would.While my original issue began as just a bad phone, the attitude and service at this location is what was abominable when all was said and done.The audio components went out on my business cell phone (the only phone for th business). After going to the service store ar Southpark Meadows, they told me I'd need to call 611 to get a warranty swap, and would get the phone on Monday.Later the Friday afternoon, I received an email from T-Mobile statung that the phone had shipped and that I should get it on Monday, as promised, and that this store (which is cloest to my house) would call orntext me when the phone came in.I called 611 again on Monday evening around 7:15pm, wondering where thebohine was. At this point, the customer service person at 611 told me that the phone would be in no later that 7pm on Tuesday - no explanation as to why the delay.So, at 7:45, I actually come to this store to, once again, inquire about the phone.The only employee in the store (the same one who was in when I came in Friday morning) couldn't be bothered to look up from her phone when I walked in, and grunted an acknowlegement of my presence nce I approached her in th back half of the store. She said that the phone hadn't come in, or she would've contacted me. When I asked her to contact 611 to aid me in finding out where the phone was or why it was delayed, she said she wouldn't because it was my problem, and not hers to deal with.I left after she reiterated that she would not help me with finding anything out, and spent over n hour on the phone gai with 612l1, still not being given an ETA fo the replacement phone.I went late this afternoon to the William Cannon/MoPac store and was promptly greets as I walked in, and the associate actually called 611 for me and assessed them of my situation, and the associate on the line actually made sure to answer all my questions and concerns, and is having the phone sent to this atore for me since I will never step foot into the Oak Hill location ever again. I have zero issue with waiting a couple of extra days for the phone to arrive with the right attitudes and friendliness - a little kindness goes a long way.
