The staff here has no clue what they are doing. They are all equipped and authorized to start the internet service and take money from you but when it comes to deactivating the service they have no clue and no authorization. Tried to return equipment , first time they said deactivation is done online and after that equipment can be returned at store with return bill. I deactivated my service and went back to return with label , now they directed me to ups store to return the equipment. T mobile should start giving some kind of training to their employees so customer dont have to make multiple trips to the store or put a board saying we have no idea what we are doing that will help.

Benny was so patient, and helped us last night and today, getting our new accounts and phones set up. We could not have done it without him. He helped us figure out how to make sure we got all our promotion credits as well. Thank you, Benny, you're the best!

Stopped into look at phones and Ezekiel was very helpful and sold me some new stuff. He's very knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. I'll be coming back to this store bc of him.
