Good points:
-They speak Spanish.
-Rosi, the receptionist is very friendly and is also bilingual.
-Clean offices.
Points to improve:
-Wait for already scheduled appointments.
-Give feedback on the tax return when it is done in person since the package is more expensive. Itin and declaration were $190.

I made an appointment so that I wouldn't have to wait. I arrived on time but then noticed they take walk ins as people who came after me were seen immediately. I was told my "tax expert" was running 10 minutes late. 30 minutes later I ask what was going on. I'm told that he is still running late. I then ask if there is someone else I can see. The response is "yes, we have several people. I ask "why didn't you say this 30 min ago?" Response was " because you made an appointment with Mr. X". I think my mouth was gaping. As it turned out it was going to cost 500.00 to do a very simple return. I declined to have them do it. Also, the office smelled really weird. All around terrible experience. Avoid this place at all cost.

Mr. Joe Banda was very detailed and helped with the tax return. He answered all my questions and he also gave advice for the following year. I recommend H&R Block and Mr. Joe Banda in particular!

I highly recommend coming here to get your taxes done. :) You will save so much time and so much money. They really care about you as an individual and will make sure everything is taken care of.
