        DPT is a SCAM. After 20+ calls to get an update on property tax appeal, I went to the their address and found a residential home w a blue car and obviously NO ONE ANSWERED THE DOOR. The owner is a crook and never follows up on your appeal. I have no idea what happened to my appeal at this point. I ‘d like to give this person a ZERO rating and a piece of my mind.

        Every year, and i meant every year, they dont know that they have received my payment. i always have to argued and proved that i have paid the invoice they've sent. What a waste of my time...

        Terrible customer service. Months and months of unanswered phone calls and emails that never got a response. Then after 8 months of nothing, I am sent a bill. Look elsewhere!
