Once upon a time there was a swimming pool filter which became too dirty and needed to be replaced. It was encased in a canister. The owner bought a new filter (from a non-All Clear Pool source, unfortunately) and proceeded to try to replace his filter. He removed the nut on top, but try as he might, the top of the canister would not come off. He then called All Clear Pools. They sent out their "tech" and within minutes, the canister top was off and the old filter removed, and the new filter installed. TOP OF THE LINE SERVICE - AND PEOPLE!
