How Do You Roll?

I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Pretty good sushi at a very reasonable price. A basic roll with meat is $6. I don't remember without, but I think it's $4. Overall a great value for the money. Obviously, the sushi isn't going to win any awards, but if you're in the mood for sushi and don't want to shell out $20, this is a great place.

How Do You Roll has a great concept. Similar to Chipotle, you have the option to create your own roll or bowl by mixing and matching ingredients. They have pre-designed options as well if you're not feeling super creative. When you make your creation you can choose a base (rice or salad), a protein, 3 vegetables, sauces, and extra toppings. The ingredients were fresh and very tasty. My only compliant is the lack of food that came in the bowl for $7. I guess this is similar to what you would pay for ingredients in a sushi roll though. They have a cool concept and I would recommend trying it.

It's great for fast food sushi. It sounds weird, but it's kind of like a subway... For sushi. They have tons of choices that you can mix into your roll as well as specialty rolls. If you know what you like, this place is great! If not, you might end up with shrimp, spicy mayo, and strawberries or something... Like you can go crazy with your roll, but don't go too crazy.
