Cant say enough good things about Tammy. She is a soft tissue wizard! Had many sessions of Active Release Therapy with my chiropractor that did not resolve nerve pain. One session with Tammy and my nerve pain subsided! Im so grateful she is in Austin and willing to offer her knowledge and talents to our community.

Highly recommend going to see Tammy! If you are an athlete dealing with injuries, she will fix you. Trust me! She knows exactly how to diagnose you to the point where she is able to find strains and muscle imbalance that you didnt even know you had. She is a master at her profession and a therapist I would recommend to all my athletic friends. Thank you Tammy!

Tammy and Rene are truly top notch professionals. I see Tammy regularly for body work and she is amazing! Her knowledge and skill set is better than any other therapist that I've seen. My son is a high school athlete and was injured a few months back. After struggling with his recovery I decided to take him to see Tammy and in two visits he is pain free! Tammy truly is magical! I also see Rene on a weekly basis for personal training with the Neubie. Rene is awesome! He's very knowledgeable and is genuinely a nice person. We have been training together for a few months doing some post-surgery rehab for my knee as well as personal training for an upcoming competition. In just a few weeks I am already noticing more strength and shape on my left side where I was injured and had resulting imbalances. If you need personal training, rehab, or body work I highly recommend Tammy and Rene!
