This business did not inform us when our insurance benefits changed and by the time they figured it out, we owed several hundred dollars that we were not expecting. Then we (company and us) agreed on a payment plan, and the same day we received the mail regarding said payment plan, they debited the full amount out of our account without our consent. They made no apologies for the numerous errors nor did they accommodate any of the expense themselves. We do not recommend this business.

There are not enough nice things to say about the staff here and what they have done to support our family. My kiddo has been seeing Marissa for OT for 3+ years and hes made awesome gains. Marissa really understands him, and the consistency has been the best thing for us. Weve also had great support with speech services at Big Sky. We tried another place originally and it wasnt a great fit. Its a bit of a drive but so very worth it. Big Sky staff as a whole have been so professional, kind, and above all understanding. We are so grateful for them.

My 14 year old receives physical therapy services from Ruchi Bagrodia, PT, DPT, PCS. She has advanced specialized training in the Schroth Method for the treatment of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. Under her care, my daughter has made excellent gains in her postural stability and core strength. Ruchi has excellent people skills, particularly with adolescents. She is a good listener and incorporates my daughter's personal goals and interests into her treatment sessions. She is always encouraging and supportive. She demonstrates playfulness and creativity in her choice of individualized treatment techniques which are fun and motivating for my daughter. Ruchi has also been very attentive to educating me and offered excellent suggestions and resources for my daughter's home program. We are so thankful to be able to work with Ruchi and highly recommend her to others.

We used Big Sky for speech and language therapy services. We chose them because they could start working with us right away. They performed a comprehensive evaluation, which we were impressed with. Overall, the therapy experience was sub-par, at best. We had issues with our primary therapist (listed below), but overall, my impression is that the therapists do not have a lot of experience working with toddlers for speech. The issues we had include: calling my child the wrong name repeatedly, no preparation for the session, sessions ending 10-15 minutes early (bill for 45 minutes, because the therapist got tired), and difficulty establishing rapport with my child. The therapist alluded on numerous occasions that my child has behavior issues that could be impacting his speech. IMO, that mindset impeded her work with him. He did not have a history of behavior issues with anyone else (school, neighbors, etc). We had brought this up to the main office, who said they would address it. However, the smaller issues continued - calling him the wrong name, lack of engagement. We tried a few other therapists, who were more professional but did not seem to work well with toddlers. The office staff was very professional, prompt, and polite. We got off the waitlist at a place recommended by my pediatrician, and it is night and day better.

Weve had a wonderful experience using Big Sky for our two daughters respective therapies. Our three-year-old has been working with Zahava in speech therapy for about eight months now and I dont have enough good things to say about her! Our daughter was speech delayed and had pronunciation issues and now its like we have a different kid! She is so talkative, expressive, and confident in her abilities. Zahava is patient, fun, and so knowledgeable and we are so grateful for all the love and care she has shown our daughter. Similarly, Ruchie worked with our preemie baby who had torticollis and we had a fantastic experience with her as well. She gave us actionable and realistic exercises to do with our baby at home in between therapy sessions and we saw swift and robust improvement. She is so nice and works great with little ones! I highly recommend both women and the entire Big Sky team.
