        The “manager” is rude and disrespectful. He didn’t appreciate when I didn’t like the way that he shaped my brows so he decided to double charge me because I asked if the lady who was clearly more experienced could reshape them. When I asked why I was being double charged he said “I could’ve reshaped them for you.” How about you do them properly the first time and they wouldn’t have to be reshaped and maybe offer that to your customer instead of getting your feelings hurt. Learn to be a be professional. I hope they find another manager and PROFESSIONAL to be a part of their team because this guy clearly shouldn’t be a part of it.
