Greg Johnson with TriSmart Solar was exceptional with his customer service and breaking down just how the solar panels work and future savings, I must say I wasn't a believer before sitting down talking to Greg, but I was 100% sold after our meeting. My and husband and I are happy customers, oh and the customer service is great even after install! Thanks again Greg! We are spreading the word as far as we can!

Customer service is very unresponsive after installation. Wind storm ripped panel loose spent weeks trying to get a response, as of now still haven't been able to make contact with them. If the warranty cant be followed up on the $48000 system becomes a liability to your house and family finances. Don't waste your money, they are just trying to make a quick buck before their company goes under.

Your ATX3 crew came to my home in Killeen, TX on the morning of 10/13/2021 to install my TriSMART Solar system. The area had been threaten with heavy rain all day which ended up being occasional misting while your men were working but they still managed to installed my entire solar system without any problems at all. They did a great job and finished long before the heavy rain ever showed up. Before they left they made very sure that I knew how to use it so at this moment, I am happy with your sevice!
