Ordoro was great 5 years ago when we first started using the platform. Now because we are a major shipper, we cant even talk to anyone.

As a small business owner, I have been impressed with the services this software offers allowing me to import all of my sales channels and shipping into one hub. The data is comprehensive and easily searchable. I recently needed technical support and was surprised to receive a call back within minutes from as U.S.-based agent. Agent is not a fair term here; to me Charlene spoke to me and knew my business more like someone I would have on my own staff in the next office over. I simply couldn't believe it. I highly recommend these guys!

Been using Odoro for a couple months now, and their service is awesome. Very attentive Customer Service, easy to use, and we have not run into any major issues/ glitches like some other shipping softwares we have used in the past. They made Shopify integration easy, and seamless. When a product is uploaded into Shopify, then Boom its also in Odoro as well. Definitely recommend for any small business that ships multiple orders daily. Keep up the great work Odoro!
