LSO / Lone Star Overnight

I absolutely HATE this company!!! I have no idea why fashion nova would partner with them, but its a HORRIBLE mistake!!!! Ive been waiting since March 5th to receive my packages its April 1st, and still No package nor an update. At this point Im going to fashion nova so they can start an investigation because this is beyond ridiculous!!! No one should ever use this company!!!!

After more than a week my package is out for delivery, I finally sent them a request asking them when they will deliver. They just changed the status. Still no where to see my package, no one respond me.

Don't ship with them unless you want your shipment to be lost, with no update, no notification, no contact, no reply. Absolutely horrible and frustrating experience. There's no customer service either as their phone do not staff with a live person to take calls even during their business hours, nor do they reply to any of your messages or communication regardless of 24-48 hours later, don't bother! Run if you can, stay away!

My order was scheduled to be received on March 17th. Based on my tracking number my package has been sitting at the Fort Worth location since March 12th and has not moved since. I live in the DFW area so not sure what the hold up is, unfortunately due to me not receiving my package when expected has caused me inconvenience on so many levels.
