    I signed a contract with this company to maintain my septic system about year ago. They did my first inspection in August and that seemed to go well. They were supposed to inspect my system every 4 months and send me reports. In April, 2021 I realized that I haven't heard from them since August, 2020. I sent them an email few days ago asking when my last inspection was performed. They replied that it was done in December. I questioned that as I don't recall any inspections and no reports were sent to me. The customer service representative was very defensive and said I should have missed that email but it was sent out in December. I asked for the report to be sent to me. When they finally sent the report it says the inspection was never performed and the reason stated that they did not have access to the property. I clearly gave them the access code when I signed the contract and they did service my system in August, 2020. But now they state that the access code was never provided. Regardless no communication was sent to me about this and no email was sent until I found out about this months later. Their customer service person by name Denise D'Ambrose was very rude and unprofessional. Her response was if you want to cancel the contract will do so. First of all, they failed to send me the inspection report in a timely manner. Second, the inspection was never done. Not sure how your technician could not access the property when they were able to access the property before. The access code hasn’t been changed to date. They lied saying that the technician called and no one answered. I don’t remember getting any calls and no voicemails were left. They could have at least acknowledged and stated that they may have misplaced the gate code or forgotten. No one even tried to communicate or send me an email about this until I had to inquire about inspections months later. Third, their customer service person is very arrogant and defensive in her responses. She doesn't know how to apologize for her mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes but there is better way they can communicate and deal with customers. The owner of this company posted a response to my review. He/she didn't try to contact me to get my version of the story or put any effort to even try to understand the problem let know try to solve it. He/she claims without any proof that I was rude to their employee which again is absolutely false. He again claims that I am the only one to given them a bad review but anyone can see online how many bad reviews they have received. Looks like it is the same response he has posted to every complaint that is there online about this company. They don't have answers for the real issues other than claiming they are best. I don't get any satisfaction by giving them the one star that they deserve. I hope no one signs up with this company.
