Great company. Although it's only been a month for me working with Ranger , I must say I've learned so much already and honestly feel some growth to myself. Been in security total 7 years now , worked for several companies not ONE compares to Ranger. Professional , great communication , understanding and willing to listen and accommodate to your needs. Each officer rather on patrol, standing post and all higher ups , works hard and cares about the Job and task at hand Family vibes with this company and I love that. Nothing like having a TEAM you can count on while out on the job. A lot was said when I got hired on , and so far it's all been backed up. Ranger will forever have my respect. This company is fantastic, quality company to work for. Starting from upper management, they care about their employees, and do their best to help them. I had resign for personal reasons and they stood by me the whole process. Great people that will have your back. Supervisors are professional and knowledgeable. Every Officer has each other's back along with Supervisors. Always looking out for each other. If ever given a opportunity work for this company they provide team concept. Can get valuable experience and progress in this company.
