I visited for the notary service. I had originally made an appointment on the UPS website and when I got there the man at the desk had no idea what I was talking about. He said they don't really do appointments there but helped me immediately. The staff and the notary was very nice and helpful. The price is very reasonable at $6 per signature. I have no complaints.

Wanted to recognize a particularly amazing employee at this store. Adrian is the best worker in this store. I do a lot of shipments and returns at the 34th street location in Austin. As soon as I walk in he greets me and asks how he can help. Hes then super patient while I fumble with my packages and finding my labels. Hes always so nice and he HUSTLES. While waiting for me to get my stuff arranged hes doing like 2 other things. This man is a machine! Appreciate.

I went to this location for document notarization and also had the notarized documents scanned and sent to my email address. The staff was super helpful and professional during the process. They also were very personable and friendly to me, when I was a bit stressed trying to get this errand completed during a rainy lunch break.
