Parental Supervision REQUIRED - this is not a kid friendly business. While waiting in line for ice cream my son grabbed a cup and got a drink, very quickly an elderly man walked around the counter and stood inches from him before asking 'are you going to pay for that?' my son was confused and stumbled not sure why he was being approached, the man went on to rant "well you don't just go up to the store and take stuff for free" and continued to berate my son who was waiting in line to order. I think the worker (owner) assumed my son was with a small group of preteens infront of us and quickly retreated behind the counter and quit talking when my wife and I asked him what he thought he was doing. Of course we were going to pay for it but we hadn't even ordered and checked out yet. My son showed no disrespect, didn't raise his voice or offer any arguments but was treated like a criminal. I'm sure the $10 I left on the counter more than paid for his 4 oz of liquid he poured but it will be the last time we visit this business. If you have an expectation for your family and children to be treated with respect and would prefer they avoid any adults that talk down to them id suggest you do the same

Good food but horrible service. I would get there for a smoothie about ten minutes after they opened (according to Google) but the owner would still be opening and when many people would knock he would ignore. I have seen kids sit at the Cups & Cones seating with food they have bought from the near by gas station and the same owner has been very rude and kicked the poor kids out (even on closed days he would drive up and kick them out).

Nice place. Went here for the first time and I saw people chatting and planning school games, holiday events over pancakes and cup of coffee. Felt like this was a community place, not to mention great food and service.
