If I could give more than 5 stars to this team, I would do so instantly. My wife and I worked with Jennifer, who helped us buy a house in Austin when Austin was the #1 craziest hottest housing market in the country. So our hopes were bleak before we engaged with Jennifer. She transformed those bleak hopes into a beautiful home of our own -- and made the journey a great experience! Jennifer was teeming with deep real-estate knowledge, indefatigable optimism, and sunny friendliness. She was always at our side, supporting us, coaching us, and never letting our spirits drop. And this beautiful professional relationship continues even after we closed on the house, with us asking documentation questions and copious contractor referrals... and Jennifer always responding with fantastic useful answers. My review wouldn't be fair if I didn't truly acknowledge her entire team, including Kari, all of whom worked marvelously together. I cannot say enough good things about this team, and heartily recommend them to anyone looking for a good homebuying experience.
