        Tom Ezell is an absolute snake, any maintenance that you request will be automatically reticulated as being your fault. Do yourself a favor and don't rent with him as it is a raw deal. We had the units tested for asbestos and hr refuses to give the results report.

        The previous post may be removed from me on Ezell Investments. I noticed two were flagged and both negative. My previous review is 100% true. If this recipient is concerned about his reputation he can begin to exercise and respect anyone he is in contact with Positive reviews's are earned. or dont post at sites that offer review's that would have any negative sh. No one hurt's this business more than it's Owner. Reputation is built but the mudslinging done against the paid in full tenant resulted in an Unlawful & Wrongful Eviction by this Owner. This was MY EXPERIENCE with this Owner at My Expense. Reviews are to help the Consumer. This Owner limits all recommendation's to people treated as I was. These circumstances have been confirmed legally.
