I found them to be very condescending whenever I submitted a maintenance request. No matter how basic and routine the request was, the assumption was that I had no idea what I was talking about. The house was in terrible condition and they raised the rent and complained that I let the grass get a little long. My drawers wouldn't even stay shut because of settling issues but god forbid I don't cut the grass every week. We moved in from out of state and it was roach and rat infested. Can't speak to all of their properties but was a student slum that was frankly disgusting. Complained about the lock not working and they said they wouldn't replace it since it was "antique." 1940s is not antique and issues with locks should be taken seriously.

We've been renters with Eyes of Texas for two years and it's been a great experience. They are always quick to attend to repairs and the portal for paying rent is really easy to use.

Absolutely awful property management. Have had friends that rented with them and they withheld a large sum of their security deposit due to the house not being clean even though it wasnt clean on arrival. Id highly recommend looking elsewhere if you want an agency that actually cares about its tenants.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MANAGEMENT COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I have never seen such a shiesty rental company in all my years of renting houses in several different states. They charge large fees and even after I hired a cleaning company as they suggested to have the house cleaned on my move out date - they still took almost $500 of my deposit away due to cleanliness. When I moved into the house it wasnt clean, thats how rentals are. They find any way they can to take more from the renter. I urge you to do yourself a favor and look ELSEWHERE.
